This is a getaway trip with my daughter who will soon grow and holidays with friends it was a great vacation unforgettable with cycling, sailing, snorkeling, island hopping by, good food, shopping, etc. .
BYD Lofts is a great place to relax and good location for excitement in Patong beach, the biggest and the most happening beach, there is a street enough to avoid all the noise but still in a central location, only 5 minutes from the beach for para sailing, 15 minutes from the bustling streets of nightlife and 20 minutes of walking until you drop shopping centers Ya, Patong is a Robinson shopping center, but really small interesting shops.

I ruminated on Trip Advisor and the various phuket hotels for weeks on BYD Lofts stumbling I thought this looks great Styled perfect boutique hotel I tried.
I'll give the hotel deserves, far and near outside, Sá nice looking hotel, it has a modern design, city style that stands out from the rest of the street The situation is n not bad, is nestled in a street you do get them you hasslers encroach trying to sell their wares or more you charge on a tuk tuk is within walking distance of the popular streets and night markets who do the PHUKET avenues to not to work after a long day.
It is true that I expected better and was a bit disappointed.
We arrived to a warm welcome and an upgrade, I was happy to see the attentitive staff initially, but that was the bulk of it comparatively new leader was geniunely more pleasant and to receptitive our needs then the management and staff that he really is a nice person and deserves credit, also the restaruant staff also deserve a mention too hot.
The reception receptionist weren t too large or useful, one of Thai officials seemed geniune, but otherwise the rest was quite ordinary.
A moment that bothered me was when we were leaving, while fixing the breakfast bill my partner had to drag our luggage in a taxi waiting outside a group of staff, including the director of morning looked, not offered to help, nor offered the concept of aid, I'm sure that could be an out, however, that pissed me off geniunely and I felt quite rude and unprofessional for a hotel .
The room was average, I mean geniunely, the size is impressive, but the quality is Wanning, tiled floors weren t STUCK properly and would creak and clack as you walked on them walls showed their age with cracks, and Adone mirrors the bathroom seemed intrusive it's not much comfort to the toilet and have a full-size reflection you look back at you, it is quite disturbing other gripe I had was dirty sheets, after two or three nights, both my partner and I came up with small red bite marks I had sheets changed later, but he didn t bring a lot of comfort in the cleaning staff.
The other issue that occurs was a power failure out of control by the hotel, however, it could be managed better, there was no consolation except a shower in one of their rooms in the street after a long day, it seemed like a bad answer, given the hotel knew in advance what was going to happen.
Overall, it was an average stay You can read other comments suggesting it her grand place and given these people have their merits saying so unfortunately I'm not one of those people, if you take these comments seriously, however also read the bad first, do people t make defamatory comments on a whim, even if it seems over-the-top, their comments will have a ground somewhere, and if this place is the people say it is, then they d be not bad.
